At Broadfield we place ambition and aspirations at the heart of everything we do. We want to empower our staff to believe that through our commitment and level of belief we have for each and every one of our children, we can transform the way children see themselves in the world and help them to be ambitious and build aspirations of a successful and happy life for their future selves.
We want to help children by teaching them the skills they need to turn aspirations into opportunities and outcomes. We aim to equip ALL children with invaluable skills that can be transferred to life in the working world through our enriching curriculum and our targeted support.
We’ll encourage and provide opportunities for parents and carers to come along and share this journey to build dreams and aspirations for their children and families.
We believe it is our duty as educators to show the children a vision of the endless possibilities and aspirations for their future to set them on a path of success and achievement. Our desire to empower all our pupils with essential skills as well as future ambitions and career aspirations is a shared one that will be both memorable and life changing for our children.
