Behaviour at Broadfield
At Broadfield we are committed to supporting our children in being the best versions of themselves. Our approach to behaviour centres around RESPECT and how by showing respect we are able to make a positive contribution to our school and community. We celebrate role model behaviour in lots of different ways and when children make mistakes we support and guide them back on to the right path.
Our children and staff worked together to develop our four school expectations:
Respect everyone
Respect learning
Respect the environment
Respect property
If we can respect our differences and celebrate the people we are, we can do anything!
